Privacy Policy

We value the trust you place in us. This policy explains how KTech Store gathers, uses, and protects your information when you shop on our site.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Overview and statement of principles

KTech Store insists on high standards for secure transactions and customer information privacy. Please read this statement carefully to understand our information practices.

This policy may change from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we make material updates. Please review this page periodically.

By visiting, browsing, or using this website, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. By using the site you consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here. This policy is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions.

2. Personal information we collect

When you visit the site, we collect information in two primary categories. Together we call Device Information and Order Information “Personal Information”.

A. Device information

We automatically collect certain information about your device, including browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies on your device. As you browse, we may collect pages and products you view, referring sites or search terms, and how you interact with the site.

We collect this using standard internet technologies:

  • Cookies — small text files placed on your device, often with an anonymous identifier. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may not work if they are disabled. See All About Cookies.
  • Log files — actions on the site, IP address, browser type, ISP, referring and exit pages, and date/time stamps.
  • Pixels and similar tags — used to understand how you browse and navigate the site.

B. Order information

When you place or attempt to place an order, we collect the information needed to complete the purchase: name, billing address, shipping address, email, and phone number.

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your full card or net-banking credentials on our servers. Payment data is collected and processed by Razorpay in line with their terms and privacy policy.

3. How we use your personal information

  • Fulfil orders: process payment through Razorpay, arrange shipping, and send invoices or order confirmations.
  • Communicate with you about your order, account, or support request.
  • Screen orders for risk, system abuse, or transaction fraud.
  • Where permitted by your preferences, send information, offers, or advertising about our products.
  • Improve the site (for example analytics on how customers browse) and assess marketing campaigns. We use device information, in particular IP address, to help screen for risk and fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing your personal information

We store personal information securely in line with our internal controls and applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder. We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information with:

  • Razorpay and payment partners, to process payments.
  • Shipping and logistics partners, to fulfil deliveries.
  • Hosting, IT, analytics, and communication providers who assist our operations.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, a subpoena, search warrant, or to protect our legal rights.

We may use Google Analytics to understand how customers find and use the site. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics opt-out. Storefront page-view analytics run only after you accept non-essential cookies in our consent banner.

5. Cookies and Do Not Track

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in, remember cart contents, and complete checkout.
  • Measure traffic with Google Analytics and improve the store, when you opt in.
  • Support security features.

You can usually change browser settings to block cookies. Information collected this way can identify you unless you reject cookies. Some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

We do not currently change our data-collection practices when we detect a “Do Not Track” signal from your browser.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have some of the rights below. They are not absolute; we may decline a request as permitted or required by law.

  • Access — request the personal information we hold about you.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to legal retention needs.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Portability — in certain circumstances, receive a copy of your information or ask us to transfer it.

We may send promotional emails. You can opt out using the unsubscribe link in those emails. We will still send non-promotional messages such as order updates and account notices.

To exercise these rights, contact us at supp.ktechstore@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may designate an authorised agent; we will require proof of authorisation and may still verify you directly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Complaints, retention, and changes

If you have a complaint about how we process your information, contact us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

When you place an order, we retain order information for operational, tax, and legal records unless and until you ask us to delete it and we are not required to keep it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
