These Terms of Service govern your use of KTech Store and any purchase you make through the site. Please read them before you shop.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in India for contracting), or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright and intellectual property laws). You must not transmit worms, viruses, or other destructive code. A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

2. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Content you submit (not including payment credentials) may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements of connecting devices. Payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission. Headings in this agreement are for convenience only.

3. Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material is provided for general information and should not be the sole basis for decisions without consulting more complete sources. Any reliance is at your own risk.

The site may contain historical information that is not current. We may modify contents at any time and have no obligation to update every page. It is your responsibility to monitor changes.

4. Modifications to the service and prices

Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service, except as required by law for a confirmed paid order.

5. Products or services

Certain products may be available only online, in limited quantities, and subject to return or exchange only under our Return Policy. Open-box items follow our Open-box Policy.

We try to display colours and images accurately. We cannot guarantee that your screen will match the product exactly. Images are for reference. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it unused as per the Return Policy.

We may limit sales to any person, region, or quantity, change descriptions or prices, and discontinue products. Offers are void where prohibited. We do not warrant that products or the Service will always meet your expectations, except as required by applicable consumer law and our warranty programme.

6. Accuracy of billing and account information

We may refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order — including orders on the same account, payment method, or address. If we change or cancel an order, we may notify you using the email, billing address, or phone you provided. We may limit orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep your email and contact details updated so we can complete transactions and reach you.

Payments are processed through Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay’s terms for your payment method. We are not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, card issuers, networks, or incorrect details you provide. Taxes such as GST may apply and will be shown at checkout where relevant.

Taxation and Input Tax Credit (ITC)

All taxes, including the Goods and Services Tax (GST), are levied in accordance with applicable statutory schedules. Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility, rates, and availability are subject to variation based on the specific asset classification, service category, and corresponding tax slabs defined under prevailing regulatory frameworks.

7. Optional tools

We may provide access to third-party tools we do not monitor or control. They are provided “as is” and “as available”, without endorsement. Use is at your own risk; review the third party’s terms. New features released on the site are also subject to these Terms.

9. User comments, feedback, and other submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, or other materials (including contest entries), you agree that we may use them without restriction, without keeping them confidential, without paying you, and without an obligation to respond.

We may monitor, edit, or remove content we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or others’ rights. You must not infringe others’ rights, post malware, or mislead us about the origin of comments. You are solely responsible for comments you make.

Submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions

Occasionally the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We may correct these and cancel orders if information is inaccurate, including after you have submitted an order, as permitted by law.

We undertake no obligation to update information except as required by law. A displayed date on a page does not mean all content was updated on that date.

12. Prohibited uses

You must not use the site or its content:

  • to solicit others to perform unlawful acts;
  • to violate applicable laws or regulations;

Except as expressly stated (including our Secured by KTech Store warranty programme and mandatory consumer protections), the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTech Store and our officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or similar losses, arising from your use of the Service or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, except where law does not permit such limitation.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTech Store and our officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect.

16. Termination

Obligations incurred before termination survive. These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Services, or by ceasing to use the site.

If we believe you have failed to comply with these Terms, we may terminate this agreement without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date, and we may deny further access.

17. Entire agreement

Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and the policies posted on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements for our Services are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Anupgarh, Rajasthan.

All legal matters are subject to Anupgarh jurisdiction only (Anupgarh, Rajasthan 335701).
